I learned to cook at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and I trained under Michelin-star chefs in Paris, Japan, Italy, and Denmark. That path shaped my technique, my discipline, and my love for bold flavours balanced with precision.

Chef Oren’s menu and food was incredibly delicious and well presented. He was engaging yet left us to enjoy the fabulously prepared dinner! Being of Italian decent and making his Nona’s focaccia added a special touch.
